I’ve been offered & accepted data engineering associate position with a 48% increase from current pay!! Position is 95% work from home.

Dilemma is prior to receiving offer, awarded scholarship to attend well-recognized tech conference in the fall. Award is targeted to boot camp grads, BIPOC & other underrepresented people. I would attend virtual sessions for a few days.

For those of you who got into FAANG or other tech company as a dev (swe, DS, DevOps, etc...) How did you word/express your resume to show that you worked on an internal product/platform?

I feel like there's a lot of client facing dev roles or dev roles that rotate a lot of projects. I think real tech companies have a bias towards devs from consulting companies due to this... But I've personally been working on a long term platform at Deloitte.

I’m interviewing for a digital content manager position at the end of next week (Amazon, salsify, etc) in WA. It would be my first formal leadership position(I have lead teams, programs, and projects, but never had the official title). What questions should I be prepared to answer? Any tips for pushing myself above the competition?

Tips on staying motivated? I really really want to pass but I struggle with studying. Opening the book and seeing all of this material I have to know makes me so anxious. I feel like passing is cont.
