I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

i think one would be best off trying to do both at the same time
ACD 1 is correct in saying that you should do both, but I do think focusing on project work over full-time/permanent is a good idea.
It is great if that leads to job offer, but you may find, like many before you, that you can sustain yourself as a freelancer and have more freedom and control over your own fate.
I disagree with the previous comments. If you have to work bc you live paycheck to paycheck then take any job that will hire you. Have confidence that any contract position you can prove your self worth to a company. But it doesn’t look good to clients when they see candidates work 6 months here a year there another 9 months somewhere else. They client will assume that you will jump ship as soon as something better comes along.
I think it makes sense to do both. Many companies have a hiring freeze look for the ones that are booming right now while you look for freelance work at others that you may prefer.
