Yes, dealing with 100% of contact tracing with my HRD and 450 employees. We are at 30 cases since Christmas Eve so she and I have been on the phone nonstop every day with hardly a break since then.
All COVID protocols fall to our team. We have a dedicated HR Manager that leads all COVID processes, with support from the larger HR team. Given the spike, we have anywhere from 5-15 cases per day - so we are in all hands on deck mode. We handle the notifications to positives, contact tracing, logging in case management, updating materials and communications to the organization when guidance changes, etc

Got it! Is your internal HR also making the contact tracing calls?
We have one main contact for each location we have. We have found that having just ONE main contact (although annoying for them) turns out best to track days out, test results, etc.
