With the return to the office, do you think people will still go in if they’re sick? Back then, we’d see associayes dying from the flu but still at their desks. Hope this has changed

Nope and that’s the ultimate trump card no one wants to talk about. “Our policy is that you come in three days a week and it doesn’t appear you have been abiding by it.” Then you say “Sorry, I’ve been feeling under the weather lately. However, I want to be a team player. Should I come in tomorrow? I think my coughs will stop by then. Happy to discuss in person if that helps too”.

Absolutely not. I don’t even want to go in there healthy

What to do for a spouse who is struggling emotionally but refuses to get professional help?
I’m 17 weeks pregnant with our first. My husband is really struggling with emotional/ mental health. I’ve asked him to consider counseling or other medical alternatives. Instead, he wants to talk to me until 11:30 pm or 12 am at night. I want to be there for him but I can’t. I’m tired. I’m still working VERY full time, and I was just diagnosed with early onset preeclampsia 😫

I just found out that I'm pregnant. I was going to go on my IVF cycle in August!

My Dr had previously mentioned that I’d be given progesterone after the transfer. I’d like to have that given to my age and history of recurring miscarriages.

Do I ask my OBGYN or my IVF Dr for this prescription? My obgyn is a believer that a baby is nature’s choice; she didn't give me anything during my last pregnancy so I’m not sure how helpful she’d be this time.

I'm a staff in a specialty s&t group and have to beg for work because they say work volume isn't as high as prior years. I'm also harped on for my billable hours being low. Honestly very sick of it and miss always having something to do in audit. What should I do? I've only been here for a few months.

I have a question for my fellow PI paralegals in Texas. TPCIGA requires that we submit all medical bills through the clients insurance before proceeding further. The client in question has Aetna. Any help or guidance is appreciated.

I have COVID for the first time rn, but I'm currently in MBB case interview mode, so I want to give my body time to sleep so I can rest and do well, but even with sleep aids, my mind is wide awake and wants to convert random improper fractions to decimals in my head, market sizing drills, and more 🤕

I'm cutting back to my usual dose of D3 because I think the higher COVID dose is disrupting my sleep, but how else do you recommend shut down your mind when your ADHD mind won't turn off work.

Does anyone have an HSA that you started on your own (not through your employer)? I have one at Further that I started a few years ago as a place to hold cash contributions that I thought I would use for medical expenses. Now I’m looking into providers that might be better choices for investing, but not sure if I can roll over the contributions I’ve made if I may want to use them for past medical expenses I haven’t taken reimbursement for yet.
