Those of you that were on Agency and switched over are you producing projects at the same level? Is there operational support? Can you push back on the bad ideas? Are there leaders who ‘get it’?

Is it normal for brand side to be less process focused? Genuinely think agencies I’ve been at prior had to function like an assembly line in some way for accounts to be justified. But I liked this, holds everyone accountable.

Brand side seems so “chill” but like too chill.

Question: how do you compensate creative agencies?
I assume it’s mostly a scope of work with hours attached and that the agency changes for hours.
When that’s the case, what kind of range are we talking about?
A blended rate for all staff hours?
A variable rate that gets more expensive based on staff seniority?
What kinda numbers we talking about?

Can anyone PLEASE define what Brand work is? In like a sentence? I’m assigned to Brand at an internal agency and it feels like their interpretation of Brand is anything that management doesn’t understand how to intake. I.e I get assigned to random shit & it’s labeled as Brand and I need to know if I’m being taken advantage of/being asked to go outside my role.

Hello! Looking for general feedback on base salary for AVP in FP&A in insurance?

I want to have double titles at the top of my slides - one which is the short description (eg. "Company Overview" or "Q4 Projections") and a longer sentence-style title (eg. "Here's the 'so-what.' Our new product sucks, and that's why no one is buying it. ") How can I have two title cases in the template, in the slide master? I tried using a Footer + Title. I want both to be placeholders (“click to add title”)

I previously have been in pr agencies where work is fast paced and as an intern, i understood the intensity needed to work and consider myself as someone who is really willing to work hard long hours and deal with pressure. This role is something Ive wanted as in to break into the finance world. They described the company to be a fast paced one as they deal with multiple launches but i am finding it slow. Any tips?

I made the switch from marketing to PR this year. I basically went from having 15 years of experience to being a newbie in a different subject matter. I miss creative development for ads/web/video, having more tactics to integrate into strategies, and the leadership opportunities I had managing junior team members. I don’t miss 50+ work weeks and measuring success from my stress level. I like my team, but I feel underutilized. Should I sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride for a few years?

I am graduating with a degree in PR and a lot of internship experience. Do you think taking a post-grad internship with a major agency is a good entry point? Or should I hold out for full-time?
