I am working at MSLGROUP as an Associate, less than 1 yoe , they have asked me to relocate in 4 weeks to the Location (currently wfh).
Also I have an offer from one of the competitors based in my City.
Relocating will shoot up my expenses and joining the competitor is kind of a downgrade in terms of brand.
What do you think guys?

That depends on US laws and whether they become more favorable for hiring international people
Prly not international but definitely more national. The midwest and plains states are poised to be good time zones to be be living in, not too early and not too late for the new 9 to 5. My friends teams have all adopted either central time or mountain time.

No. No more than how things have been shipped offshore before. Working from home works when you’re in the same country, often in the same time zone (or a comparable one) . Also, for visits to. The office as needed are feasible when you’re in that zone. The biggest benefit is the reduced travel time for people - getting to/from office.
Time zone will be a huge challenge but the bigger hurdle here is taxation.

No, the premise of offshore is you’re employed locally not by the US entity. You get paid locally and pay taxes locally
