EY1 - Exercise, meditation, eating healthy and trying to remind myself it’s not the end of the world if I drop the ball.

AS2 - what do you do to relieve stress? Do you have any current healthy avenues to help yourself?
Those are all the “right” stress relievers except they don’t seem to be working for you. Is it just during busy season you get this stressed? Have you tried talking to someone or even going to the bathroom for 5-10 mins or somewhere and breathing and/or listening to music? Anything to just settle your mind? As I wrote on a post somewhere else, this profession can be amazing, but not at the cost of your health. I am worried about you OP. Would like for you to find something that works for you to not have chest pains!
I find PA to be extremely stressful but the chest pain is a first. I’ve wondered if it’s maybe just my office and I’d be happier elsewhere. I just don’t think the profession is right for me, though I’m sure you’re right that it can be great!
