My suggestion would be to drink lots of water and start with a walk. Jog if you can. Water and keeping your body moving should mitigate your pain.
I have terrible pain the first day of my cycle, btw. It feels like a monster is carving out my insides it’s so bad. Having water run down my back for a long time also helps. But, nothing beats getting my body moving.

Any good detox diets that good to try out and not horrroble for your body? I want to curb some sugar cravings and bad eating habits over the past year. Has anyone done one they liked? I was thinking of starting a 3 day detox then go into 7days of a white meat/fruit cleanse for a week. Then just stop eating like a complete child on holiday after those are done 😅 any advice on what helped you get past the cravings and level set would be helpful! Background- In quarantine I’ve been intermittent fasting &calorie counting for a few months, and still working out in the mornings. My workout has usually been a 3-4 mile run and I’ve definitely gotten leaner but I’m now trying to add in more strength training, and so I feel like I should be getting protein after my workouts.
