Maybe just accept it and try to enjoy it?
I imagine you are not dilly-dallying, so if you can’t get the time down then it is what it is. Some people enjoy their morning time doing that stuff before getting into the grind. Like, try to savor the smell of your coffee and whatnot?

This!!! I used to hate mornings because I felt like I couldn't move fast enough or an enough to get agead. Mornings became an endless race against forces I couldn't control.
But I have recently learned to savor my mornings. If I can't control traffic neither can the partners I work for. I actually sit down to eat breakfast and enjoy the taste of it!!! Instead of focusing on everything else I could be or "should" be doing I started using my mornings as a gratitude practice. I use the shower/hair/makeup portion to practice self love and gratitudefor my bodyand health. I use the morning chores routine to practice gratitude for everything I already have (I load or unload the dishwasher, feed the cats, scoop the litter box, and do a 10 min tidy sweep of the living room to pick up).
Unfortunately this voodoo doesn't make my car faster or traffic lighter - and sometimes I am later than I would like to be. But my attitude is hugely improved and I start most days happy instead of depleted, grateful instead of burdened, and with energy instead of exhaustion.
I'm all for planning your lunch and breakfast the night before (I do this too). I even try to pick out my outfit the night before to save time. I only wash my hair once a week (dry shampoo for the win). But what really changed my morning routine was savoring it and being grateful. It was like the panic and anxiety lifted off my shoulders one day.
I watch the news while I’m doing all this stuff. Doesn’t make it go any faster but it doesn’t feel like wasted time because I need to know what’s going on in the world.
I listen to podcasts for the same reason.
I agree with the above—just enjoy it if you can! Maybe wake up 15 mins earlier to make it work better? 15 mins makes a big diff in the morning. I also try to make my espresso the night before work so I can make my iced latte easier in the morning. And make sure that while you’re doing one thing, like waiting for the toaster to finish, you’re also accomplishing something like putting your jewelry on or grabbing your lunch for the day. Good luck!
Planning your outfits the night before, frees up so much time in the morning. You can even go one step further and plan your breakfast or lunch the night before. You can drink your coffee while walking the dog, ect. Try to see what tasks can get done at the same time as others. Maybe consider switching to a tinted moisturizer, instead of a face cream and then foundation type of makeup routine. Like use products that have more then one use. This may not reduce your time of getting ready in the morning by hours but maybe 15 to 30 mins.
