Tips for how you’re accumulating wealth with absolutely no financial inheritance/intelligence from parents? I want to retire early but am late in the investments game. If I've maxed out my TFSA, should I continue investing through an RRSP or a personal investment account?

Looking at two identical condos, each 1900 sq ft, however one is a duplex up and the other is a straight condo. My preference is to go for the one that doesn’t have a split level as it means the space is (or appears) relatively larger. However, the duplex up is going for quite a bit more so was curious which would appraise better and which would be preferred by most buyers since I plan to sell the unit in 5-6 years?

Hi all! I recently accepted a remote/hybrid RN position to try something new. Majority of my experience is at bedside. The pay is less than bedside (as a traveler), but more than a staff nurse.
