I have been an on-call coordinator with a large healthcare company for the past 8 years. I am on call 96 hours each week. During those 96 hours, I am required to always have cell and internet, answer calls on first ring if possible (within 15 minutes if missed), and log calls in real time. Before taxes, I make $700 a week. Am I being paid properly?

How do you stay positive after another period? I spent all morning hysterical on the kitchen floor. I have a good support system of friends. I have professional help and an amazing husband. But every month that passes is getting harder, some moments I’m becoming more cynical and bitter.
