I received offer letter from Capgemini last week location is Hyderabad. But due to some personal reasons i need to stay in chennai and work . Will they allow to work remotely from chennai office location.

Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

Have one offer from CGI as Sr.Con for 105k. Does anyone know how good/not good is CGI in terms of work, culture, WLB, perks?

I got offered a retention bonus with a clawback of 2 years at 20k. I don’t think that’s worthwhile at the manager level given the job market being an employees market. I manage a large account with a highly visible brand with a great relationship with the client. I was going to use this opportunity to renegotiate for many things like early promotion and a salary increase.

Does anyone have tips/suggestions for other things to negotiate for?

Consultants outside the USA, what level and comp? How do you feel about your comp compared to the $$$ of US based colleagues?
