On the bench and anxious! Does everyone have a project lined up immediately after a project ends even if that project weren't the top choice?
It's a little too early in the project to be receiving an ALL CAPS email. Especially on a weekend.
I need to pick a project where I work remotely and by remotely I mean to say I’m really in the Caribbean
When you're hungover AF on Thursday at work because you went out too hard with your project team on Wednesday night... Thank god I fly out today and leave at 3pm 🙌🏻
When the only flight to your new project on the airline your loyal to is in the afternoon on Mondays... 😡
I'm on PTO this whole week, but still have to work because the client MUST have a deliverable a week before they even start their month close.
My PM skipped out two days this week with the client-side group at "an offsite meeting". Tons of meetings had to be shuffled. I found out they went to a spa.
When you request to be staffed on a project with high travel requirements because you're only 1500miles short of platinum for the year.
Has anyone also struggled to get on a project as a new hire? Doing all I can (I think) networking, volunteering, speaking to staffing manager etc but can't seem to get off the bench.
Am I the only one who finds it annoying AF to learn a new secret language every time you start a new project? Any hacks for navigating those first few days without losing it?
When the world's most unorganized manager hits you up with project requests at 10 p.m. that could've been delegated at 3 p.m...
The worst part about being from LA and being on a travel project is that the weather sucks no matter where they fly me to. Like what is this water coming from the sky... 😓
How am I supposed to transition from that Thanksgiving spread to the client's shitty cafeteria food?
I've heard from multiple people that Deloitte ERS travels like Consulting but they only work 8 hour days on client sites. Sign me up!
that moment when your partner needs you to fly alone to client site at 7am and tells you at 7pm the night before...
That awesome moment when a consultant in your project doesn't know how to create a stacked bar graph....
When a client repeatedly insists that a vendor belongs "in the negative bottom quartile"...

Where is a new build???
What would you consider to be a good target for a savings account? I hate putting money in that’s basically getting absolutely no returns (especially with today’s inflation), but my wife is a little more risk averse and definitely has a higher threshold than me.
Chase Mileage Plus has failed me. Never got my lounge passes. At airport now. Lounge can't look me up. Refuse to pay extra. Chase can't give me a pass or compensation for the trouble. #somad
Performance evaluation question. When you’re asked to self-rate, do you put exceed expectations if you genuinely think you’ve done a pretty solid job in a certain area? Lol. Or is it better to take the humble route and say “meets expectations” and hope for your manager to recognize your efforts and reward you for your humility? Lol
Anyone heard anything about the Operations Analyst position at Uber? Got a preliminary interview next week and wanted to know what I can expect working there
Is it safe to quit your current company after you have done I-9 verification with the next company? Or I should wait for the paycheck to kick in before I quit to ensure 100% security?
Healthscape advisors reputation in the consulting world? What to expect in behavioral questions and case? Help would be appreciated… senior consultant role

What do you think the implications are for major TelCos? Frankly, the move is quite disruptive and may cause some TelCos to cease to exist in the mid-to-long term
Yeah well I've been doing that for a whole year
Ah, my life is complete. Thank you whoever you are.
