Just ask them to buy one you like for you. They'll probably do it.
Assuming you’re in an office and not an open floor plan (and are conscious of sound on conference calls), nothing. My last keyboard was a TKL Ducky with rainbow cotton candy colored key caps with no lettering/numbering on them. Got a few questions about it but nothing much. My latest is a wireless 75% TKL keyboard.
Just seconding the need to be conscious of the typing sounds when taking notes on calls (especially client calls) as the noise can sometimes call attention to the fact that you're taking notes, which may result in less candid discussion. Nothing that the mute button won't solve though.

I used to have one screen in landscape mode for research, the other vertical for reading memos and contracts - both screens raised just above eye height, a laptop in the middle underneath them solely for email, a stationary mouse used by engineers, and a clickity clackity mechanical keyboard. People used to marvel at it when they passed cuz it looked funny to them, but no one cares. People started to turn one of their screens vertical after that haha. And I was in small law for 2 years and big law for 5 years before going in-house - people don’t care the way you think they do. Most don’t even think about you at all - and that’s a good thing 😂
They might comment once but nobody cares generally.
Mine isn't silent switches and lights up like a Christmas tree when I type.

Bring it. They’re common.
People have their preferred hardware all the time. Might get a comment or two but I have never seen this be a problem. Then again I work in patent lit so this may be more common than average.
One caveat, if you share an office or are in an open office plan, make sure the tapping noises are properly muted/no louder than the firm-standard keyboards.
I brought mine and it’s clicky. It’s not as good as mine at home so I might get a new one. If I do it’s going to be pretty brightly colored because why not. No one cares
What brand/model do you recommend? I am eyeing one of the Logitech keyboards.
Leopold FC750R with Cherry MX Blue switches.
