Hello fishes,
I have recently joined Accenture and have experience in working with DSP/Syniti ADM data migration tool for the past 3.5 years. Now I am thinking if I can continue working on the same tool or if I can move to SAP BODS (not yet assigned to any proj and didn't receive any training on bods yet)
Which ETL tool is better in terms of growth, pay, demand and scope? Pls pour in your suggestions. TIA

How do you prevent theft of their ideas? Maybe add an NDA? Good luck enforcing it as the inventor.
I’m from the city and I work with startups and now launching my own. Asking for an NDA from an angel or a VC shows scarcity mindset as 60%+ of the original startup ideas end up pivoting. Plus no firm has the time and recourses to keep track of signing 100 NDAs every time they skim through a pitch deck. Plus, you can not patent/copyright or even trademark an idea. And that’s what a startup goal is. An idea, which is practically worthless. Unless of course the “idea” in question is an invention of high caliber. Then you can patent it and ask for an NDA in certain situations. If someone with the recourses to execute on your idea ends up stealing your idea, (most probably not in its entirety) will also have the recourses to prove you wrong and win the battle in the court of law. I hope anyone reading this will take a moment to understand this argument. Because understanding this, will set you free and change your mindset from scarcity to abundance. The real winning resilient creative entrepreneurial mindset.
Not so fast, idea-burglar !
This is neat.. I’ve had a number of ideas that I’ve wanted to explore but find myself overwhelmed with where to start, so I like the idea of quick and early community feedback.
Wish you luck!
Thank you! Best of luck with your ideas!
Love this
Thank you!!
Unless other startup founders are your target customers/users, those people’s feedback is almost entirely irrelevant — and in fact more likely to lead you down a wrong path
Yep, I hear that. I think part of the challenge with getting feedback from target markets today is that they can be hard to reach. Part of what I’m working on is understanding and hopefully reaching different user bases, like customers, advisors, just folks interested in new ideas, so there can be a range of folks on the site, across industries, interests, etc., to help people make connections and hear valuable feedback in their startup journey. Definitely open to suggestions on how to reach and get that diversity of opinion!
Thank you all for taking the time and providing feedback! I’m looking forward to continuing to improve Spark and making it as valuable as possible for folks.
As a follow up: if anything, what keeps you from engaging on the site? Would love to know about any barriers or anything I’m missing. Thank you!
