PwC FS - do you guys know how they're determining layoffs? People who are in projects are getting the boot which is scary. Apparently there will be more rounds and this week was just the beginning.

Relocated 3 days before pandemic, everything goes down the gutter and I get laid off by a horrible boss that didn’t think i was capable of handling the new role + COVID client/crisis mgmt, during my 90-day trial. Feeling of helplessness kicks in. Pregnant wife that had stopped working to enjoy her pregnancy, involuntarily lands a gig. She is super pregnant and working like a boss. Proud of her. But I feel even worse that she can’t rest and enjoy her/our belly. Haven’t been able to land any gigs.
