Start with a small change, and see if that fixes the issues or gives you a better understanding of what you actually want to do. For example, switch companies but keep doing your same job, or switch to a similar but different job within your current company. As long as you're burned out, it will be hard to really think deeply about what you really want career-wise, so I'd solve for fixing that in your next move (and start with a lengthy vacation or staycation, wellness practices, therapy, etc.).
