I’m a second year, but I started in a new practice a few months ago. I’m given work for associates a little more senior than me (which is good for me to learn), but I feel I can’t do anything right and I create more work for the associates above me. Does anyone have any insight as to salary for a Research Enrollment Analyst 1 in Oncology ? I received a offer but they only want to give me a little over $1 which I felt was extremely low. I have been in the “manager in training “ position for several months and have not been offered additional training or even an option to shadow other managers.
