How many remote jobs do you currently have, and how do you manage your time between the two roles?

Bonus points if you share the industry you are in and your total salary from working all your roles.

Is it common to have to follow-up with a recruiter consistently in order to move to the next steps in an interview process? I'm interviewing with a company for a remote customer success position, and it's a 4-interview process. I have 1 final panel interview. The people I've been interviewing with have been great, and the recruiter is very positive, however it feels like things are dragging out here towards the end, and I've been following up/prompting for next steps. Is this a red flag?

Post-covid working models. My firm has been taking suggestions on how they should transition back to work but with flexibility (given productivity was record high during covid). I was thinking about suggesting something like a 20-day remote work benefit, similar and in addition to our PTO. Continuous, calendared remote work, no questions asked. Any feed back? Or other suggestions?

YOE - 6 in Android development. I got an offer from MakeMyTrip Bengaluru 22L fixed + 2L joining bonus. I'm from hyderabad. MMT has hybrid work model and wants me to relocate so that I could appear in office twice in a week. They denied full remote opportunity. Given that some companies are providing full remote opportunities, is it still worth it to relocate for a job/career? I live in a rented flat in hyderabad which I need to vacate and find a new place in a new city bengaluru.

My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. I have a social media presence which, in recent years, reached millions. There has to be something exciting I can do.

I have about 7-8 years of sales experience and have consistently out performed my OTE. I absolutely love my current role but I feel like I have out grown the company as there isn't a ton of opportunity to make more than I am currently making.

I opened up my LinkedIn to recruiters but all the offers are 60-70k base and 120-140k OTE. I am shooting for MINIMUM 80k base but ideally 100k or more.

I manage a team of about 150 remote fe insurance telesales agents, recruit about 25 new agents monthly and am 100% remote. At one time we were paid based on our agents production but now we can only earn on their first month and a half of production. Is this common?
