I drop my toddler at daycare sometime before 8:00 and pick him up around 5:00. If I still have work to do I get back to it after his bedtime at 7:00/7:30. If I have a light day I will pick him up early.

Husband and I are both in private practice. Both wfh with occasional trips to office. It makes this a lot easier.

We take turns getting up/doing the morning routine with our toddler. That way, the other one can focus on work or sleep in.

6:30-7 am: wake up and get toddler ready for the day.
7-8 am: breakfast followed by playtime
8 am: parent gets ready for the day, followed by daycare drop off.
5-7pm: daycare pick up, play time, dinner, bath
7 pm: bedtime
8-10 pm: usually log on again to wrap up work

Rising Star

Biglaw mom of four (two school aged and two preschoolers). My husband and I both work from home.

Weekdays
5:30am - Husband and I go to the gym

6:30am - Husband makes sure our school aged kids are ready for school. I get ready for the day.

7:00am - Husband takes school aged kids to school. The toddlers wake up. I prepare them breakfast, get them dressed and then we play for a bit. (My husband and I may trade duties).

8:00am - Nanny starts her day with the toddlers. I begin work.

12:00pm -1:30pm (time may vary based on meetings). Lunch/walk with husband. I may run errands.

2:00 - Nanny picks kids up from school. If there is a conflict, my husband or I do pick up.

5:00pm - 8:00pm - Check in on homework, eat dinner, bedtime routine with kids. Nanny is off duty at 6 (she lives with us). Toddlers are in bed at 7. May watch something with my school aged kids. Some days the job demands that I'm only available for dinner.

8:00pm - ??? Complete the days tasks. If my school aged kids have games or an event I want to attend during the day I may work into the small hours to meet my deadlines or I decide to work over the weekend.

How much is your gym membership?

Looking to lose the baby weight, surround my WFH lonely self with other motivated folks, and meet new people in this town.

Really trying to justify this epic amazing gym stocked with facilities & amenities instead of jogging / peloton / planet fitness / 24 hour fitness.

No other big expenses other than mortgage & food & car, low key person generally not extravagant. But I want this. It's $250/ month for family (2 adults, 2 kids in onsite daycare).
