I accidentally overshared information about having anxiety and trouble focusing with someone who is kind of important at the company and now I regret it. She never responded and probably forgot about it but my husband told me that I shouldn’t have done that and I shouldn’t share things like that with people at work unless you are really close with them and now I’m freaking out and crying because I’m scared she will remember that and tell my boss or other higher up people.

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. Every day is a rough day. No day is a good day

I’m trapped. My husband is a gaslighter. He pushes me to the point of no return. It exacerbates my depression and anxiety and I get so worked up that I can’t function. I can’t leave because we have a baby and I know he would take him from me. I have no one out here and I’m alone. I just have to put up with it. There are good times. My brother is being committed because of severe OCD and delusions/hallucinations of hurting himself and the people around him. He has no life and has trouble leaving the house. About 10 years ago he felt better and got a degree in Computer Science but can't/will not work and he collects social security. At this point I am just waiting for him to die and not sure what to do as there is always an excuse for not improving his life. Anyone deal with anything like this?
