Interviewing with 2 companies for creative positions and may be getting offers next week. Thankful for your insights as I weigh these options.

A: Hospital | $125k
Team is frighteningly lean. Totally swamped. Plans to scale up, but will it be enough?

B: SaaS Startup | $100k + $15k bonus. Equity with an IPO looming.
Team is much more robust. Lots of ex-agency folks.

I'm 41. Wife and baby. Money is important, but I would accept a little less money for WLB, career trajectory, and/or stability.

Have offers from both Wells Fargo and Citibank. Need your views on deciding between the two. Here are the numbers
Citi: fixed-33 lpa variable-3 Lpa.
Wells Fargo: fixed 30 Ipa variable: 3
Ipa + 1 |pa joining bonus.
Yoe-6.2 years
How are these companies in terms of future growth, wlb, brand value.

Deloitte USI or PWC AC - in terms of WLB, Perks, SAP practice (EWM)? At Seniors Associate level

Any history of sending people out in LTI? in the sense of layoff or saying some silly reasons and sending them to bench and out from there.Larsen & Toubro Infotech

I have an offer from Genpact for Manager 4c band for 18L Fixed + 180k variable: 19.80 Lpa
And another offer from PwC India for senior analyst tech consulting 16.7 L fixed + 167k variable + 1 L joining bonus : 19.37 LPA +including joining bonus). Which one should I go for considering Work quality, WLB and annual appraisals ?
Both are for NCR locations

❓BNY vs Nielsen. Which one to join by considering layoff, recession like scenario? & why? Looking for job security, WLB, Better Tech stack.

So far the only reason I’ve been told no is that “if you do then everyone will want to and then no one will be in the office” … how can I convince them that I work better out of the office and get this freedom & mental break for myself?
