I love such omelettes
I've 5 years of experience into Java Spring boot. I got an offer from Paytm of 32 LPA and 450 units of ESOPs I also have an offer from JPMorgan Chase of 24 Lakhs of fixed pay and 15% ( 3 Lakhs approx. ) of bonus. Another offer from Zee entertainment enterprise ltd Zeel of 30 LPA. Please help me choose either of these. I'm a little sceptical about Paytm as it is still burning cash. But optimistic as it uses the latest tech. #paytm #jpmc #jpmorgan #chase #choice
Hello everyone!!
I am Trainee Engineer in SOC in an MNC. I have just started my career in Cybersecurity. My current CTC is 3.5LPA. I want to learn and stay in this company for 3-4 years. If I want to move to Big4 or any other big names, what is the CTC I should expect?

Got an offer from FAANG in finance / accounting. How do you compare the offer if you are currently in a company where total comp is just base + bonus? I know a lot of tech companies value TC that includes RSUs but not sure how to compare. Base and bonus for current and new company is about the the same so to me the difference is in the RSUs and upside at FAANG. Thoughts?Facebook (Meta) Netflix Apple Amazon Google
OP, mind sharing what firm you work at? That seems pretty high for SC
Bro in 4 years they will have robots implementing workday
Wow that's nice. How can I break into workday? Don't have any experience.
That’s a really high WDAY salary at that level - I’m sure you’d cross $200k at SM level or you could work directly for WDAY.
I’m comparing to SFDC consultants ($110k-$150k SC), which have a higher demand in the market place. I’m sure there’s a lower supply of skilled WDAY consultants though which obviously contributes to market rates.
Lol 180k for workday....... That would be insane and everyone says HR sucks!
Lol HR does suck, it's definitely not the most intellectually stimulating lol but it's paying the bills.
Yeah so I won't share my firm but think Big4, I can tell you this comp information is consistent with some other Wday friends at PWC, IBM, etc. I hear a lot of people don't negotiate and others are on visas so they usually have less leverage.
I'm also seeing quite a bit of independent consulting opportunities arise for Workday in the $100-$200/hr range.
I thought Workday Inc. salaries were lower though, but also hearing that stock options make up for it? Really, Senior Manager until 200k+? I keep getting told that market salary for Workday SC is 140k to 180k.
Enjoy it while it lasts
What do you do with Workday, OP? What sort of of HR work? I’m interested in the area especially given the high pay and east HR work
That’s way high at D. Either that or I’m way underpaid
