Any Slack SEs here? I’m in conversation with a Slack recruiter for an SE role. Curious how competitive the market is with Microsoft basically offering MS Teams for free and the pandemic starting to wind down. I see most cool startups have Slack and bigger enterprises have been getting swooped up by MS Teams because of cheaper pricing and not needing to buy Zoom. I personally like Slack more but how are current market conditions and how are y’all feeling? Slack Salesforce

Managing Consultant / Payroll / $180k base / $1000-2000 bonus (garbage)
7 in ecosystem. 10 overall.
Omg you are getting 180k at IBM😳😳 I started at IBM.
IBM 3 - no need to read into it. IBM does obviously but I don’t want to give away where I work. I am just at the top range of the manager level at the big 4 / ACN. It is not uncommon for FIN, Supply Chain or Payroll as there is a low supply of consultants and high demand for these modules. You can easily get $200k at the manager level for SCM - how many people have successfully implemented the SCM module? You think they will get the same pay as a comp consultant? I’m not talking about HCM modules. Those are closer to $150k at manager level.
