How do you all decide when it’s time to take on a new role at a different agency? I’ve been at my agency for 5 years (2nd since I started my career) and I’m debating a move. It’s not for money or for a higher title. Ladies, I agreed to get take on a project with a hybrid travel schedule but after kicking it off, my SM is expecting a lot more travel than a few workshops. Full 3 nights, some back to back weeks, and every 3 weeks for sure. He’s also expecting co-location in between… how did we get here overnight? I have this partner who doesn’t enjoy working with me because I do below avg work for her but she has little choice of foot soldiers. I do below avg work for her because she consistently gives me little time to do huge tasks (and usually at odd hours) and doesn’t involve me in what finally goes to the client (and I have no visibility on the client’s expectations, response, feedback, expected timeline).
