Working at GDS in the PAS practice for less than a year now. Need some advise in building a career in HR consulting from people who may have experience. The type of work I get here is really transactional and something I won't consider work to be done by an MBA. The pay isn't good for a top tier B School either.
Is consulting only repackaging old ppts into new and sharing it with clients? Is this the type of work expected at GDS normally? Really need serious answers

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. Videos longer than 15 min get automatically shortened to 15 min on IG Reels! Help!

So, I usually host an IG live session. Typically, it last 45 min.

If I upload directly after recording the live, then the full 45 min is uploaded in 1080 x 1920 format. Besides missing a cover image, it’s fine. But, in most cases, I need to re-upload the 45 min video once I edit it (remove slurs, etc.)

However, when I upload my edited 45 video, it automatically gets cut to 15 min.

I found little workaround…

I’m feeling down. 😢 After 3 failed IVFs with the last one ending in a chemical pregnancy I sought the opinion of a second fertility doctor. She said given my age of 45, my husband and I had the same chances of getting pregnant with another round of IVF with my own eggs as I would naturally and wouldn’t move forward with IVF, only with egg donor. My AMH is 2.6 and FSH was 7.4 just this past month. Should I ignore her and seek a third opinion? Not quite ready to go down the egg donor route yet.

I got an offer from Delloite USI and I am currently looking for other small consulting firms as well due to a personal choice. But the issue I am facing is that they are not selecting me even after clearing all the rounds since I already have an offer with Deloitte. They are afraid that I won't join them leaving Deloitte offer.

How could I convince them that I will join them for sure?
