Working for one of the of Big 4 as a Salesforce Business Analyst. I have 9 months of post-MBA experience and 5 years of pre-MBA experience of which 2 was as a BA itself. I don't prefer quoting a CTC to a new company unless the interview is over but it seems HRs start off with the question about expected CTC. This is my first switch in my entire career and hence, wanted to seek out suggestions as to what would be a sane amount to quote for expected CTC. Current CTC - 13 Fixed.

I was sent an online test link by Deloitte (Deloitte via Otomeyt). All of my friends at Deloitte USI are telling me that there are only face2face interviews and no one has ever given an online test. Can anyone confirm? I am not sure if it is from Deloitte India or Deloitte USI.

If anyone knows if this test is from Deloitte India or USI please tell. I have given the test already and havent received any updates on that. I am serving notice period and its driving me crazy.

Amcat do not allow switching window, all questions subjective. The company is expecting to remember code and write from an 8 year experienced person.
