Working for physician owned practice or a hospital system? Pros and cons of each?

For physician-owned, pros include a more relaxed environment, but the base salaries are often less substantial. For hospital employment I would say higher salaries are almost guaranteed and so is a stressful workload.

Hospitals offer more opportunities for growth and have a higher starting salary. With hospitals though, you will have a very hefty workload and have to deal with many different personalities.

I have honestly never worked for a private practice but I have several friends who do. I just think like HA1 said above that the hosptial has better opportunities for growth and I def make more than most of my friens in the same rolel

Hi fishes!

I am seeing too many post about awards like rising star, Kudos, etc. People keep telling there managers recommended them for these awards.
My manager doesn't interact much with us. I consider myself as some one who has worked hard for project and other intiatives. Should I ask my manager to consider me and if yes how should I initiate it.
Part of MC team.

Thank you.

Hi folks,
I have 2 offers and both companies. Both are offering remote positions
- Ormae - 17L fixed + 1variable
- Swiftwin (acquired by Concord) - 19 Fixed

There are only a few reviews on glassdoor and abitionbox to consider them authentic (maybe fake reviews).

Does anyone have any idea about these companies? Or what do you suggest.

Current - Valuelabs, 4 yoe, 12.5L ctc, Nodejs Backend

Appreciate your help. Thanks.

I have been at the current hospital I work at in administration for about 11 years now. I am treated great, love the people and love the hours. They allow me to really create my own schedule based on my needs and have taken great care of me over the past 11 years. The only problem is that our CEO has stated that we will never be a company that gives yearly raises, merit based or cost of living. I have been offered another job with a competing hospital but scared to leave. Advise?

Does anyone have any tips on how to procure this experience? Should I invest in a course? Or should I volunteer at a CRO?
I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp?
Thanks
