Tbh, depends on your life stage. If you are young, in the growth ohase, you better enroll in challenging opportunities and maximize learning. Probably you can search for challenges in your own company. If you think you already achieved "enough" in terms of learning, having more time and less stress is what better suits you.
Maximize your earnings before you need it to plateau (read other commitments takeover).

I had a similar dilemma out of UG. Went to Deloitte and was very glad. Don’t get complacent if you’re young. Save that for when you have a family and real life obligations!
