3 is standard
Usually on 4-5 at any given time. 7 I start to stress. 9 I start declining meeting invites.
5+ is probably too many.
But it depends on your time management skills and how you handle stress.
I know people that can barely handle 1 brief at a time.
Depends what stage they are at - I can work on 5-6 at once but only can concept on 1-2 at a time.
Briefs like pitches? Or briefs like production work?
Depends on when they’re due. Ideally it’s two if they’re both due tomorrow. More than that it’s like yoooo chill.
sometimes I only have 7 or 8, but most of the time I hover around 15. I only start to stress and turn down meetings closer to 20.

I say no after 2
usually working on 5-7 briefs, right now 4 of which are large, 360° campaigns that my partner and i are leading. The max is 12.
I’m really tired. I’ve been going at this rate for my whole career. I’ve gotten a rep for being able to manage this workload effectively and i hate it.
