Every examination can be difficult. For a licensure exam on that role, I've heard that it's manageable so you can chill a bit.

Thank you

I don't think it's as tough as you think it is

Any tips on freelance social media contracts?
So, I’m freelancing for this new client for about 5 hrs/week. Ive never actually made a contract or sent an invoice (I’ll be using a template for this). Other clients I’ve freelanced with usually just sent the contract from their end with a 1099.

Would love some tips on doing this from my end!

I will be taking over a new team in our call center department at my job this upcoming week. I've been with the company a few years now and something I've noticed is NO ONE uses cameras but I've seen tons of people recommend it for teams. I am thinking of making it a requirement for my new team. I was thinking of starting off with once a week and moving into every other day so that it's not too much change at once. It will only be required for meetings. What does everyone think? Do you do this?

So, I started watching “Limitless” with Chris Hemsworth. Apparently, he found out he carries both genes for dementia which puts him at a higher risk. So the series is about him changing things in his life for longevity. The third episode is about fasting and he fasts for 4 days until the day he has to hunt for his food. Does anyone in healthcare have thoughts on this type of fasting? I know it is done in some cultures and religions, but to what extent?

Has anyone negotiated pay at a hospital or company that states they have different levels/tiers of fixed pay for so-and-so profession and can’t budge? I’ve worked in other fields prior to healthcare and have a hard time believing every (pick profession like PT) gets paid exactly (pick random number like $72,345). I’m skeptical because it sounds like “we have levels/tiers of fixed pay and can’t budge” is just an excuse to shut down negotiation right away. Can anyone share their experience?

I'm a nurse manager for a large hospital with 10 YOE in nursing, but I'm starting to second guess my decision to go into leadership. Has anyone else left nurse management and pivoted to NP? I'm not crazy about the idea of going back to school for a third degree, but at the same time I'm turning 55 and I'm ready to leave the high-stress hospital setting for a nice small outpatient office. I'm considering focusing on Psychiatry. Thoughts?
