Few things unite paid social peeps like the fresh hell that is Sprinklr. I no longer work with it on a regular basis, but every once in a while I shudder remembering the rage I felt trying to bulk build ads or pull reporting in the dashboard, especially on the rare occasions I had to work on weekends. I work in marketing within a small team. Just myself, my manager and a part time designer that I personally manage. My manager doesn’t seem to do much work. He never tells me what he’s working on, provides no instructions, guidance or feedback, and in our weekly standup he will just list out the tasks I am personally working on. It’s a lot on my plate as I handle socials, email marketing and copyrighting, yet he gets a lot of my credit but he’s not doing anything? This is my 1st job.
