2 months is plenty of time. It was really easy IMHO. I finished with time left over and got above target in all areas. Studied for one month.
Probably a bit too much. If you have done program management and just spend two weekends on exam simulators you should be fine
tiaexams.com search for PMP Exam Simulator Course - buy this (~$40). 2 months of prep will be more than enough time
The course is daunting doing it now I do 2 hrs a day and I’m just tired —

Agreed - that’s too much studying. The practice tests are key as long as you have the formulas memorized.

Look on the bright side…maybe you’ll be one of those people who doesn’t pass and then doesn’t put “pmp” in their title as if they’re a doctor
I highly recommend a boot camp. They will tell you exactly what you need to know to pass. I used Velocitech several years ago and they were excellent.
