Working the politics on a project where the client has some internal beefs going on between some stakeholders. I’m essentially being asked to take sides. Not sure how to engage or disengage?

Just curious, who to blame when project went over budget and whether you would ask your staff to work without charging.

Client: make us a film that shows how innovative we are in the 3D printing space.

Agency: (excitedly discusses early ideas)

Client: Well I would not say we’re that great in the 3D printing space.

Whats are your thoughts on client rotation for account people? Does anyone else experience client fatigue, if so how long till you get there? mine seems to be at the 3yr mark-ish
