Any advice on paying attention and retaining info on phone calls? I’m a super visual person and prefer reading (I even use subtitles whenever I watch Netflix even when the show is in English). But I’m stuck on calls all day everyday and have so much trouble listening. I’ll just zone out without realizing or even if I am actively trying to take notes I always somehow still manage to miss stuff that is being said. How do people do it?!?

Does anyone have thoughts in getting their PMP? I run projects all the time for my current company but because of the nature of my role, they tend to last 2/3/4/5 days, with 2 & 3 weeks max.
In my next role, I’ll be running our client work more directly (vs being a liaison) with longer term projects and I know there’s quite a few hours involved in getting my PMP. What are some of the best tips/tricks y’all have used getting yours?
