drink a cold coke, seems too work for me. I don’t usually drink soda but it does the trick

Excedrin migraine and an ice cold Diet Coke. So basically a combo of the above 2 suggestions, but I swear it works every time 🙌🏼

My manager has lost confidence in me. On occasions when there’s been a problem he overreacts and blames me instead of guiding me. He has sent messages where he overreacts and says mean things, but then on calls he is nice and says it’s not my fault… I have lost self-confidence and get anxious on sundays thinking about the week ahead… Should I just quit or do you think it’s something that can be resolved? he might be thinking about terminating me since he’s been taking away my direct reports

I'm looking to understand consultant salaries b/w IQVIA and ZS associates (London offices). Any ideas?

I am struggling to find a job in UX, I received my Master's in UX Design from Kent State University last year with a 4.0 GPA but that doesn't seem to matter. I have applied to hundreds of posts with barely any replies back. My education has taught me a lot however I feel I need the work experience to be taken seriously. I have applied to many junior and intern positions with no luck. How do I break in to the UX field with an education but no job experience?

I started at a new firm this year in January. I had a billable goal that was given to me mid year of around 1750 house for the year. I am nowhere near that and definitely will not meet the goal. I had so many non billable hours I was forced to take when I first came in. I worked my ass off in busy season. At my previous firm I never fell short of hours as it was B4. This firm is mid sized and more focused on WLB. My question is how bad do you think this will affect my comp??
