With 3 YOE I have offer from Qualcomm with 16 Lakh base with stocks and everything included it’s 35 Lakh CTC. Move on bro

offcourse you are undepaid & now I see you are working in Tech Mahindra. I have seen many of my friends facing same injustice in this firm. The minimum pay an employee should get is Exp X 2. Let me tell you now the things have changed, Exp X 3 has become quite common due to the ongoing great resignation.

Underpaid for sure. Please move on. My self 11 y of exp and getting 17LPA. Received offer for 36LPA in chennai
I was in almost same boat , 7 YOE and 6.8 LPA ( not even fixed ). Now I have made two move and with 9YOE I'm almost making 3X. I realised, esp the service based Indian IT firms don't really care for employees who are loyal and stick with them. Please make a switch asap !
