Workout question — I’ve always done even ab exercises but one side is oddly more defined than the other. Side planks sort of help. Would minor scoliosis be a reason for this?

It could be the reason. But most likely reason is you are looking in the mirror too much and over thinking it and you are probably the only one that has noticed it.

Is one shoulder higher than the other? Does one hip jut out more than the other? Is one leg longer than the other? Get it checked out.

I’ve had slight scoliosis since I was young (although not to the extent you’re talking about) - so wondering if that would be the cause of uneven muscle growth

It’s pretty normal to have one side develop a bit more than another even if doing even exercises. One side is usually just a bit more dominant. If it’s an extreme discrepancy, get it checked out. If not, it’s pretty normal

This is reassuring, thanks!

I’d see a chiro who is good at integrated kinesiology. Have the doc ensure you haven’t got a muscle that’s hyperfiring due to a postural issue. How you typically walk/sit can create a neurological pattern. They should be able to give you a two minute gait analysis to see your firing patterns.

The fat is evenly dispersed haha I’m referring to the difference in muscle mass

Is the side that is more defined your dominant side? That might be the reason

My abs are well hidden so I’m jealous of your issue

On the other note, it’s natural to have one side slightly off from the other. You could go to chiropractor and get X-ray to be sure

Hi everyone, after 5 long months, I’ve made it to Team matching phase for TPM IC4 at Google. Few questions: 1. Which Org offers better comp, 2. Which Org offers better or good WLB, 3. How long does a team matching phase typically last?, 4. When should I share my TC expectations?

Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

Thank you!
