Is it worth to join cerner for 45%:hike (my current package is 18 lpa and cerner offering 25 fixex and 27 as a ctc) and leave hcl ? (Hcl is trying to retain me and offering 23 lpa package and 100% promotion)
For major concern is job security and work life balance.

Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

I also don't think admin thinks about the extra demands we have upon returning to school this year. I think districts could do a better job of their awareness of teachers mental health....perhaps take one duty off our plate every time they add three others :( They don't realize or maybe just don't care that we are drowning.

Absolutely agree 100%!
Many many many educators are experiencing secondary trauma. It’s real! It needs to be addressed collectively as well as individually. I’m with you on that!
Question: What do we need and how can we put that into action? I don’t want to debate whether admin will or won’t act….
What would change look like if we had control, collectively ?
At least at my school, Principal got an assistant principal but rest of the staff had more on their plate than ever! Our state has also not figured out the budget for almost 3 years. That means we're doing 2-3 times as much work and the biggest increase I've gotten is from my county...$28/month!
I feel your pain— our governor increased the new teachers salary to $47,000. I’ve been teaching 16+ years… I now make what a beginner teacher makes thanks to a 4% increase for the rest of us…the only way to increase my salary is to do after school tutoring. It’s so demoralizing.
I appreciate you sharing this information. I hope we can come to the end of that because our students and our teachers need proper care.
