Trivia fact, At 40 below you don’t have to say Celsius or Fahrenheit because it’s the same. That was the high some days in Feb.
40 below anywhere in the continental US is such an anomaly.
Oklahoma City. Experienced earthquakes almost daily (due to fracking though they deny it), tornados, snow storm, and to top it off an active shooter situation at the office which was NOT a drill (turned out to be false alarm but the experience was real)

Went here for a week and could barely be polite to my local colleagues, it’s a glorified office park and founded on arguably the world’s worst industry. Also, it’s hot and humid but not on the beach? What’s the point?

You obviously haven’t been to the south jersey for the beaches, tasted the amazing south jersey sweet corn and tomatoes. South Jersey has some of the best farmland. I’m down to throw the rest of the state away!
