I am 31. Married for 12 years. I spoke to my doctor two days ago about sterilization. It was the first time a gynecologist didn't judge me for that. I know they're supposed to council because of the risk of regret, but sometimes they seem judgy. I am considering getting my tubes tied, but my husband isn't super on board because of the finality of it.

He is ok with not having kids, but seems to think I will change my mind.

I am currently working as a Lead Consultant for Genpact Headstrong on BA (Business Analyst) / PM (Project Manager) profile for a Global IB (client). With experience of close to 9 years my current package is 20 lacs fixed.

Is this package good for my experience as i see alot of post here of people earling +30lacs easily and also alot of opening in the market for BA / PM profiles?

Did any PM or PMM get into b-schools like CBS or NYU to make the transition? Would love to chat!
