Worth having a sapphire reserve if you’re locally based and travel 3-5 times a year?

A1 - did Chase update their points? I believe reserve is 3x on travel and dining, not 4x. Amex gold just got upgraded to 4x dining and groceries.

like

Yes! $300 travel credit can be applied to Uber’s and lots of other things you wouldn’t think it could. And the 4x points back are worth so much in their travel portal. And you get the priority pass select which can come in handy some times

@PWC1 which AMEX? I'm looking for a new card.

Amex gold card

Question for fellow attorneys:

I applied to a credit card with Chase a few months ago and within 7 days I was told it was rejected and they would send a letter explaining why.

Chase has recently calling to say it expired (they said it wasn’t rejected but I was told on the recorded line that it was).

Isn’t this against the law (fair credit reporting act)?. I’m not a lawyer so I’d love to hear your thoughts

Folks,

Say I got an offer for US on-site H1 visa and they're offering me $120,000 USD per annum. What will be the taxation ?

From Internet, I found a calculator says it's approximately around 30% of my taxable income.

What will be the other expenses like house rent , Groceries, food, galosine, travel ?

Thanks in advance, responding for this question can help me take some important decisions.
