Joined Deloitte as Consultant back in March. With 4.5 YOE. And found out u need 3 years to become SC; thinking to jump and try apply SC position in other big 4 after I finished my 1st year in Deloitte. Any other fish done that?

Need some advise on a situation that pretty sure will play out this week. While I am on track for a promo. This promo will transform my position to be a non-exempt employee and not be paid hourly.
