Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

Best intern pranks.. go!
Hi Fishes,
Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.
Actually Tiaa global business services is product based company but not even ready to match the offer. Before interview they are ready to give package but once interview get cleared they will not ready to pay package based on your expectation.

Looks like sf also laid off a lot of people yesterday..
All were in the AE organization. No layoffs in PS as far as I’m aware
CSG is the one team I am still consistently seeing new job posts for (though often coming down the same day!). And I have said this before in this bowl but I believe SF is one of the large tech firms setup to handle an economic downturn. They also do not have a CEO who will completely upend its entire organization, based on his whim of wanting to create a fantasy land.
All companies will freeze and layoff at points in time. I see SF weathering downtimes much better than most.
You’re better off at Big 4, unless you’re burnt out to a crisp already.
Depends how valuable you are & your background
CSG should be okay as long as you have billable work and are on a project.
CSG is expect from hiring freeze. Don’t think it’s risky but also highly recommend boutique over CSG.
CSG is just as bad as big 4 as far as projects and WLB. Limited chances for growth. Leadership is useless
Hmm, good question. I'm thinking...
1. Salesforce employs 73,542 people. Yesterday they laid off "at least 90 jobs and enacted a hiring freeze."
2. 90 jobs is less than .125% of the 73, 542 people working there.
3. If they enacted a hiring freeze, is the job opportunity you're discussing still approved?
To better advise, I need more information. Message me if you like.

And the rumor is that it will be ~2,500 in the end
Just saw they expect to layoff 2000 employees due to performance
