Would anyone be interested in exchanging PE models and case studies from recent rounds? I have a few that I could share

If I was a second or third choice candidate for a role, and ultimately got an offer, is it fair game to inquire with the recruiter as to why the initial candidates declined? And should this fact weigh into my decision process?

What's your take on this? Should I really pay for some premium service even though I feel comfortable with case interviews?

How many recruiters is too many to be working with? I’ve currently got three recruiters I’ve sent my resume to, and have them looking for opportunities for me. Im careful to make sure that none of them are sending my resume to the same firms. I’ve been job hunting for about a year and a half and haven’t had any luck so it’s kind of hard to feel bad about doing that. The lateral market is basically impossible right now so I’m doing everything in my power

2021 grad looking for my first full time role. Haven’t gotten an offer yet and starting to feel dejected. Does anyone know of a good resource, group, Facebook group, Reddit page, or wherever other people go for marketing support that is specific to car marketing? My brother in law is starting a car rental business and wants help with his social media. I don’t work in cars currently, so trying to see where to go to get ideas and advice! It’s a lot different than targeting pet people which is what I work in now.

What should be the normal CTC for an Angular developer in LTI with 6.3 YOE?

Employee was terminated once employer learned of her bf being an ex-felon. I know we are an at-will state, but can a claim be filed about this? She had good performance reviews and was getting raises left and right. Since it’s not direct discrimination towards her, it makes things even more weird. Thinking if can’t go through EEOC, then what type of claim can I file in litigation?

Thinking about relocating in a year or two, considering renting out our 55 year old townhouse vs selling. I have some concerns that the bones are pretty mediocre (old plumbing has leaked for me, electrical is aluminum). How would you decide and if renting, how do you budget differently for repairs?
