Chief
You’d probably be a manager, so $120k or so
Thank you! Yes, currently a manager and would probably move into another managerial role if I were to consider making a move. It’s a bit unique for me, because I handle oversight of all attorney recruiting firm-wide in our National offices, so I’m not just managing regional lateral recruiting, so it’s been difficult to get some information. This is helpful though!
Highly dependent on geographic region and firm level, but I’m say anywhere from $115-$150, with some v5 even higher than that. Eva Wisnik’s salary surveys are great for this.
(Sorry, just realized the size of your firm, so edited my estimate.)
I am in a major city in the Southeast, and I manage all of attorney recruiting (associates, counsel, and partners) including search-firm management when needed for a 250+ attorney firm with offices in most of the major U.S. markets. I am the only attorney recruiting professional at my firm…no Sr. Manager/Director/etc. above me. I report into the Executive Committee.

I think most places top out at $150K
Thank you for sharing this. I really appreciate it!
