I've gotten a great offer. Rather than writing my two week notice, I opted to first speak with my supervisor to see what they need from me before I leave. I also let them know that I was targeting 3 weeks instead of the typical 2 weeks. They were not pleased and they noted disdain that I was only giving them 3 weeks.
