Is the referral bonus really worth referring a complete stranger from an anonymous posting app?
We've marketed ourself as a "creative consultancy" and acquired a bunch of studios around the US which can make the vibe very different than traditional consulting. A lot of customer journey/experience, digital business and strategy, e-commerce, and digital market and content work. Some very cool projects and colleagues.

Lol DD OP a lot of the work we do is really specialized so make sure you're referring people who are actually a good fit rather than just promising random referrals and wasting the recruitment teams time.
