I have two years of audit experience and passed the CPA awaiting license now. How much should I target for base salary and bonus % for any accounting/finance related roles roles in NYC? I am leaning more towards remote roles.

I'm a project manager at a firm in India with wfh having just the lower end of the payscale as its a startup. I have three kids and managing expenses for it has become a nightmare. We can see why PwC is 2nd to Deloitte in many ways. Simplest example: Deloitte already declared their appraisal and bonus a month back; whereas PwC is still contemplating of declaring it in July. PwC leadership needs to think what it's lacking.. Right now the only benefit with PwC AC is wfh.

What role could an ad school have in flowing more diverse talent into the industry?

Recently started with the firm and do not have my CPA. I'm debating whether it would be worth the effort to pursue the license if I don't think I would like to stay in PA. I'm also interested in FTN.

As everyone I want to exit, I'm interviewing for a better position consulting but inhouse but keep on thinking I'm not qualified because I'm not used to being a leader.
