Has anyone had a state bar ask for your credit report as a supplemental C&F request? I’m in the process of transferring my UBE score and, months after i submitted my app, the new state bar followed up to request that I pull and provide my credit report. I didn’t get any requests like this for my first jurisdiction...is this normal?

With the unknowns throughout the pandemic, I am dealing with people at work all with differing opinions on the workplace who all feel their opinions are equally valid. Some days I feel like my title should be changed to VP of Cat Herding. I can’t even get a Does anyone else feel that way? What’s more, as complicated and difficult as the past 12 months have been, I think the next few months are going to get increasingly complicated. I’d love to hear how others are handling the stress.

Anyone have any tips for motivation? I recently switched firms and it feels like busy season never ended. I am always putting out fires because the manager doesn’t tell me about projects/issues until the day of the internal deadline. I like PA but I don’t want to work busy season hours year round

I'm an experienced Generalist/HRBP for an extremely high volume/large org. I have a masters in HROD and SHRM-CP. My role is getting to be more and more transactional by the day, all my strategic projects get pushed to the side by the endless daily fires that are, inevitably, tracking down employees and data entry.
